ما الذي يتيحه الاتصال؟

تغطي صلاحيات Google المعدّة الإمكانات الموضحة أدناه. تُنفَّذ الإجراءات وفق طلبات المشغّل أو قواعد الأتمتة التي يعتمدها. تتيح الصلاحيات أكثر من القراءة فقط في بعض الخدمات، ولا يعني منحها استخدام جميع الإجراءات المتاحة.

كيف تُعالَج بياناتك؟

  1. تفويض الوصول إلى Google. تتولى Google تسجيل الدخول والموافقة. يحتفظ Hermes ببيانات OAuth على الخادم الخاص لاستمرار الاتصال.
  2. طلب مهمة شخصية. يسترجع Hermes بيانات Google اللازمة للوظيفة المطلوبة.
  3. معالجة المهمة وإرجاع النتيجة. قد يُرسَل المحتوى المستخدم في مهمة ذكاء اصطناعي إلى خدمة OpenAI المعدّة. وقد يبقى محتوى المهام في سجل الجلسات أو الذاكرة أو السجلات أو النسخ الاحتياطية.

لا تتصل صفحات المعلومات العامة بواجهات Google، ولا تعرض بيانات البريد أو الملفات أو التقويم أو جهات الاتصال. توضح سياسة الخصوصية المعالجة والاحتفاظ بالبيانات وإلغاء التفويض.

Hermes is a self-hosted personal assistant operated by Abdullah. It connects the operator’s Google account to requested email, file, spreadsheet, document, calendar and contact tasks.

What the connection can do

The configured Google permissions cover the capabilities below. Actions follow the operator’s requests or automation rules they authorize. The permissions allow more than read-only access for several services; they do not require every available action to be used.

How your data is processed

  1. Authorize Google access. Google handles sign-in and consent. Hermes stores OAuth credentials on the private server to maintain the connection.
  2. Request a personal task. Hermes retrieves the Google data needed for the requested function.
  3. Process and return the result. Content used in an AI task may be sent to the configured OpenAI service. Task content may remain in session history, memory, logs or backups.

The public information pages do not connect to Google APIs or display mailbox, file, calendar or contact data. See the privacy policy for processing, retention and revocation details.
