للتواصل: Abdullah.wdgh@gmail.com.
Google Sheets.
Google
Abdullah.wdgh@gmail.com.
DATA & TRUST
Privacy policy
How this personal Hermes deployment accesses, uses, stores and shares Google data.
Last updated · 15 October 2026
1. Operator and scope
Abdullah operates this self-hosted Hermes deployment for personal use by designated accounts. Contact: Abdullah.wdgh@gmail.com. This policy covers the Google connection, the data used in requested tasks, and these public information pages.
2. Google data accessed
Depending on the permissions granted and the task requested, Hermes may access:
- Gmail message contents, headers, metadata and labels; messages composed or sent through the assistant.
- Google Drive file names, metadata and file content available to the connected account.
- Google Docs documents and Google Sheets spreadsheet contents.
- Calendar information and events.
- Contact names, email addresses, telephone numbers and other contact fields returned for a requested lookup.
- OAuth access and refresh credentials needed to maintain the connection.
The homepage lists the configured capabilities. Contacts access is read-only. Other permissions can support changes when the operator requests or authorizes them.
3. Purposes and Google Limited Use
Google data is used to provide the personal functions described on the homepage: retrieving, summarizing, organizing and acting on the operator’s information. Transfers to a model provider are limited to the requested user-facing task.
The operator commits to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data must not be sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. It is not made available for unrelated human review. Any necessary administrative or security access must follow applicable Google policy requirements.
4. Processing providers and destinations
- Google provides the authorized APIs and the consent flow.
- Hostinger supplies the VPS infrastructure hosting this deployment.
- The inspected primary AI configuration uses OpenAI through the openai-codex provider. Google content included in an AI task may be sent to OpenAI for inference; the model response can return to the Hermes session.
- An operator-requested export, email or other delivery sends the selected data to the destination the operator specifies.
Only task-relevant data should be sent to an external processor. Before Google content is processed by a model provider, the operator must verify that the provider’s account settings and terms support the Limited Use restriction against general-purpose model training. Provider changes require an updated disclosure.
5. Storage, access and retention
OAuth credentials are stored in the private Hermes server environment. Task inputs, tool results and outputs may be retained in session history, the local state database, memory, logs and backups. Server administrators and hosting infrastructure administrators may have administrative access. The information pages do not expose these stores.
Retention depends on the operator’s Hermes and backup configuration. This policy does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. Data can remain until the operator removes it or an applicable retention rule expires; backup copies can remain until those backups expire. Revoking Google access does not automatically erase earlier session, memory, log or backup copies.
Google API requests use HTTPS. Access controls and the server’s configuration protect stored data; this policy does not assert that all stored data or credentials are encrypted at rest.
6. Revoke access and request deletion
The Google account owner can revoke Hermes access through Google Account connections. This stops future authorized access after credentials cease to work. To request removal of locally retained Google data, history or credentials, contact Abdullah.wdgh@gmail.com. The operator reviews and removes the relevant local copies and addresses backup retention. Such a request does not itself delete original emails, files, documents or events in Google.
7. Information-page visitors
These static information pages contain no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, embedded third-party content or Google API connection code. The language selector does not use cookies or local storage. The hosting infrastructure may maintain ordinary request logs, such as IP address, requested path and request time. Following an external link is subject to that destination’s own practices.
8. Changes and questions
The operator updates this policy when data use, providers or retention practices change and updates the displayed version date. Questions and requests: Abdullah.wdgh@gmail.com.
